Why Central Vacuum?

It's Healthy...
With today’s tightly sealed homes, reduced ventilation, chemicals and cleaners; inside air can be even more polluted than outside air. Central Vacuum Systems carry dirt, dust, dust mites, pet dander and other pollutants to a central location away from living areas.

It's Convenient...
Hoses and attachments are lightweight and easy-to-use. Central Vacuum Systems deliver high power and are designed to clean carpets, floors, upholstery and more. Central Vacuum Systems can be used in many locations using specialized attachments; a homeowner can clean a car, bare floors, stairs, computers, ceiling fans and pets. Vacuuming gets finished sooner. Dirt collection capacity is larger so less maintenance is required.

It's Green...
Beam central vacuum systems are Green approved by the National Association of Homebuilders.

It's Affordable...
A Beam® Central Vacuum System can be installed in your new or existing home in just hours — with no mess, no disturbance to your walls. There's no outside venting required. Average cost for a complete system, installed, starts at around $1,500.

Retrofit Installation:

95% of existing homes — regardless of age — can be retrofitted with a Beam central vacuum system. The key to success is planning a pipe system with a minimum number of inlets and elbows (turns in pipe) to keep labor time and costs at a minimum while still giving you the vacuum cleaning flexibility only a central vacuum system offers.

New Construction:

If you're building a new home or planning a major remodel project there will never be a better time to install a central vacuum system. Installation of your Beam system is done after plumbing and HVAC work is completed and before wallboard is installed.
